A nineteen-year-old Jemila Ibrahim, who felt unjustly jilted in her last relationship took law into her hands. she and her friend, Fatima Mohammed, sneaked up to her ex boyfriend’s house and set it ablaze, with his new girlfriend indoors.
The man got wind of the fire ravaging his home and swung into action, rescuing his new girlfriend from the inferno, but she later gave up the ghost in an undisclosed hospital.
The ugly incident happened in Monkey Village, Festac. It was gathered that the boyfriend broke up his relationship with the now-killer girl because of her infidelity. Both culprits have been arrested by the police and will be charged to court in due time.
