Veteran Actress Nicole Kidman Has Filed For Divorce After 19 Years Of Marriage

Veteran Actress Nicole Kidman has filed for divorce from her husband, Keith Urban, who is a singer, after 19 years of marriage.

It was a shock as Kidman and Urban have only ever shown support for each other, especially in public settings. The couple cited irreconcilable differences and marital difficulties as the reasons they went their separate ways.

Kidman and Singer Keith got married in 2006, after the actress separated from her ex-husband, Tom Cruise.

The Australian sweetheart, who has managed to keep her personal life away from the scrutiny of the public eye, agreed to a beautiful co-parenting structure with Urban.

Each parent would spend time with their two children, Sunday Rose Kidman-Urban, 17, and Faith Margaret Kidman-Urban, 14.

They have also decided not to take child support from each other, even if Nicole were the primary residential parent.

Urban has always spoken about the love and support Nicole has shown him through their time together, even when he went to rehab while struggling with his past demons. He praised how Nicole chose love and showed him what love meant to her.

Nicole and Keith first met in 2005 at the G’Day USA Gala in Los Angeles, and the sparks flew from there. They got married a year later in Australia and built their life together.
