A Muslim dad surprised his transgender son by appearing as his date to take him to prom. The video of the unusual encounter saw the father dressed in a purple suit coming for his trans teen who wore a wig and was also dressed in a purple suit.
According to the boy’s mother, the father was a strict Muslim and had been at loggerheads with his gay son. She noted that the teen was also a crossdresser and his LGBTQ lifestyle brought problems between them.

The mom continued that surprisingly, the dad said he would drive his son to prom. The son doubted he would do so, but when he saw his dad step out of the vehicle and also dressed as his unknown prom date, he started crying.
“To have a supportive dad when you are in this lifestyle is rare”, the mother wrote.
However, netizens said the dad was disappointed in his son and it was evidenced on his face. “You can see the stress all over the dad”, another wrote.
