WME has concluded plans to drop Justin Baldoni after an allegation of sexual harassment was made by Blake Lively against him, who is her colleague and a director in ‘It Ends With Us.‘
A complaint was filed by Lively, who accused Justin Baldoni and his colleagues at Wayfarer Studios of harassment and an alleged effort to destroy her reputation.
Blake Lively, in her complaints, alleged that Justin Baldoni had engaged in inappropriate behavior while they were on set, prompting a meeting with Sony Pictures, Wayfarer Studios, and other stakeholders to address her concerns.
Part of the things that she demanded for include the cessation of showing inappropriate videos, discussing pornography addictions, making explicit comments, and improvising kissing scenes. She also claimed that the location became intolerable for her.
In addition to what she filed, she claimed that the embattled Justin Baldoni and members of his team went out of the marketing plan as they focused on domestic violence themes in order to protect his image after cast and crew unfollowed him on his social media pages.
A legal representative of Baldoni, Bryan Freedman, denied the allegations against his client, calling them malicious and false.
He also advised Lively of conjoining lies to address her negative reputation with the inclusion that Wayfarer Studios preemptively employed a crisis management because of the threats from Lively when production was ongoing, including refusal to promote the movie.
