American RnB queen Beyoncé delivered an outstanding halftime show during the NFL game in Houston, her hometown, between the Texans and the Ravens. The performance makes it the first time that she will be performing from the tracks of her 2024 Grammy-nominated album, Cowboy Carter.
The performance started in a great mode as Beyoncé rode in on horseback while she was singing “16 Carriages.” She also sang a stirring cover of The Beatles’ “Blackbird,” joined by Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, and Reyna Roberts, who are country artists.
Beyonce was joined on the stage by Post Malone for a collaboration of their hit, “Levii’s Jeans.” The performance also had Beyonce’s daughter, Blue Ivy, live adding colors to the show as she danced alongside her mother when she sang “Texas Hold ’Em” and a full marching band backing the performance of “Ya Ya.”
The RnB goddess ended the show with “Merry Christmas, God bless y’all,” as she returned on a white platform. Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter also included a playful promo video for her performance and followed her tradition of NFL spectaculars, making it an unforgettable event in her performing stories.
Mariah Carey was another artist that gave the show a beautiful radiance as she celebrated the 30 years of her hit “All I Want for Christmas Is You” in a pre-recorded rooftop performance.
