Everton continues to have a good run after a commanding away 2-0 victory against Ipswich Town, totaling their consecutive undefeated to four. Ipswich Town did not appear to pull a stunt or threaten Everton considering that the team has not won any games this season.

Everton dominated the match from the start as they scored their two goals in the first half from Iliman Ndiaye and Michael Keane and missed many opportunities in the second half, while Ipswich did not pull any comeback. While Ipswich stands in 17th place in the league, Everton now records two wins and two draws with eight points and now sits in 16th place.

The match was delayed for 15 minutes due to a turnstile issue after fans had waited 22 years for this fixture. Everton did not take chances as the team pulled up a magic after winning Ipswich since 1994.

Everton scored the first goal after 17 minutes when its opponent defense was not solid enough to clear a cross from Jack Harrison, leaving Ndiaye free to find the back of the net from a not-too-far range. Ipswich also secures a penalty kick to the disadvantage of Everton after a clash that occurred between Jack Clarke and Dwight McNeil, but the decision was disallowed after a VAR check, as Clarked was believed to have kicked McNeil.

Keane fired a shot inside the net after a nice pass from McNeil Evans that totaled Everton’s goal to two. Everton’s fans could not wait to see the team score another goal after the two not forgetting the comeback against them by Bournemouth and Aston Villa after leading 2-0.
