The head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders team has caused a noticeable shake-up to his staff after a not-too-good and a tough season.

The Las Vegas Raiders announced on Sunday night the sacking of members of its staff team, including offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, QB coach Rich Scangarello, and offensive line coach James Cregg.

Antonio Pierce, the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, resorted to this decision after the team’s embarrassing 41-24 defeat to the Cincinnati Bengals, which left them at 2-7, as reported by NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.

Amidst the sacking, the team is yet to appoint an interim offensive coordinator in place of Luke Getsy. Former Washington OC Scott Turner, who is the current passing game coordinator for the Raiders, may likely take charge of the role.

The head coach has noted that he would announce a replacement for the role in days to come, with Raiders bye week offering an opportunity to come together before their game against the Miami Dolphins in the next two Sundays, November 17th.

As the season began, the head coach announced Aidan O’Connell in place of Gardner Minshew, but O’Connell’s injury in Week 7 and his inability to perform caused Pierce to bring back Gardner Minshew, though he did not play in last Sunday’s game in favor of Desmond Ridder.
