Everton secured five games unbeaten in the Premier League under coach Sean Dyche after Beto scored a late header in the 95th minute to share a point each with a 1-1 draw against Fulham at Goodison Park.

Alex Iwobi had earlier helped his side Fulham to take the lead after scoring a goal against his former club, Everton at just past an hour with a finish from the penalty box after an excellent assist by Emile Smith-Rowe.

The home side Everton appeared to lose their undefeated streak as the team could not score even in the 90th minute. However, in the final minute, Ashley Young kicked a cross into the six-yard box area, which Beto brilliantly converted into a goal.

Everton now sits in 15th place in the Premier League table, with the draw going a point ahead of West Ham, who will play against Manchester United on Sunday. Fulham has also dropped to 10th place with this draw sharing the same points with Bournemouth and Newcastle.

Fulham stole the possession and also dominated the match, but Everton almost secured a goal before it finally did in the last minute when Idrissa Gueye kicked a shot that hit the crossbar with a follow-up goal by Dominic Calvert-Lewin that was ruled out because of offside.

Alex Iwobi converted Smith-Rowe’s assist to score the first goal in the match, with the Nigerian forward slipping into the six-yard box and brilliantly passing Jordan Pickford. While Fulham kept on dominating the game, Everton struggled even in their home until Beto scored a late goal.

Fulham will do their best to defeat Brentford next Monday in a West London derby to break their winless streak.
