Supermodel and America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum recently appeared on the popular YouTube show “Hot Ones,” where celebrities answer questions while eating increasingly spicy chicken wings. During the interview, Klum shared several interesting tidbits about her life and career, including some behind-the-scenes information from her time on AGT.
One of the most surprising revelations was about a dangerous stunt she participated in during a 2018 AGT audition. She described an act where a contestant shot an apple off her head with a bow and arrow from across the audience.
Heidi Klum admitted that this experience was “super terrifying” and revealed that her husband, Tom Kaulitz, later told her not to engage in such risky activities again.
The interview also touched on Klum’s personal life, including her children’s aversion to spicy food. The model, who has four kids with ex-husband Seal, shared that even adding pepper to meals is sometimes too much for them.
As the interview progressed and the wings got spicier, Klum started struggling with the heat. When it became too much for her to handle, she removed her denim shirt and finished the interview in her red bra, causing even host Sean Evans to joke about feeling hot himself.
Despite not being a fan of spicy foods, Heidi Klum persevered through the challenge, matching Evans’ pace throughout the interview. She even participated in a game at the end, striking supermodel poses to represent how she felt about each hot sauce.
