Francesco Acerbi and Marcus Thuram found the net for Inter, sandwiching a goal by AC Milan’s Fikayo Tomori in the 80th minute, amidst escalating tensions that led to players from both sides being sent off towards the end of the game.
With this win, Inter amassed an insurmountable 86 points, a staggering 17 points ahead of Milan, with only five games remaining in the season.
