Elizabeth Hurley has firmly denied speculation that she was the “older woman” who Prince Harry lost his virginity to, as detailed in his explosive memoir “Spare.” The British actress addressed the rumor during a recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
When asked by a fan about the persistent gossip, Hurley emphatically stated, “That was ludicrous!.. It was absurd. It was ridiculous.” She pointed out the flimsy basis for the rumor, noting that Harry had only described the woman as being English, older than him, and that the encounter took place in Gloucestershire.
“I’ve never met him in my life,” Hurley clarified, putting an end to any lingering doubts about her involvement in the much-discussed virginity loss anecdote from Harry’s memoir.
In “Spare,” Harry recounted losing his virginity at 17 to an “older woman” who “liked horses” and treated him “not unlike a young stallion” during a brief tryst behind a pub. The candid revelation garnered significant attention and speculation about the unidentified woman’s identity.
While Elizabeth Hurley has not crossed paths with Prince Harry, she has had encounters with other members of the royal family. She collaborated with Prince William for a charity event in 2016 and met King Charles III at a celebration in 1999.
