Why Rumors Claim There Are Fake Masked Bidens & Body Doubles Impostors In The White House

Last updated on February 23rd, 2026 at 05:10 pm

Social media has been awash with unfounded claims of photos and videos of alleged body doubles of US President Joe Biden. The online comments claim the impostor(s) were using silicone face masks to fake his looks.

One of the common causes of their arguments stems from a video of a stretched overlapping skin on Biden’s neck, an awkwardly bent thumb, as well as pictures purportedly showing differences between the allegedly real and fake Joe Biden.

“Yes they all are actors. Biden hasn’t been seen in years. Trump ran unopposed in 2020”, Lorraine wrote. “The actor playing JB wasn’t running. JB on right ran, JB on left is the real one. There’s some more on masks”.

However, as somebody with some experience in the care sector and have often dealt with elderly ones, it is not uncommon to see loose and overlapping skin, especially on their neck regions.

For the case of Biden appearing at different heights, there is no factual evidence or record to show what it was, so we can make a better comparison.

Though the use of body doubles has been in place and used by many world leaders at different times, and the CIA has, in my words, perfected the creation and use of super-realistic face masks, but then, there is no official report that an American president has used one. So online rumors beware.

At least it’s common sense, or do you really expect to hear they use it?
