Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill supposedly initiated divorce proceedings against his wife, Keeta Vaccaro, a mere 76 days into their marriage.
Hill, however, contradicted this claim on Twitter, asserting that no such petition had been filed and expressing enduring love for his wife.
Upon conducting an independent search of Broward County records in Florida, this writer discovered that Tyreek D’Shaun Hill indeed filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage against La Keeta Jo Ann Vaccaro, as per case number FMCE24001281.
The case was assigned to Broward County Circuit Court Judge Jessica Marra. Although the Petition’s details remain confidential, it was filed by Gary F. Celetti, Esq. on Monday, according to the Clerk’s website.
Despite Hill’s public denial, Phin Phanatic confirmed the Petition’s filing through the Clerk’s website. Attempts to reach Hill’s lawyer proved unsuccessful.
Recently, the couple’s Miami residence suffered partial destruction from a fire, allegedly caused by a young child playing with matches or a lighter.
The couple tied the knot in Texas during the team’s bye week, with Hill frequently celebrating touchdowns by giving balls to his wife and blowing her kisses.
As of now, no hearings have been scheduled, and the summons for Vaccaro has been filed. The future course of action, whether Vaccaro will be served or Hill will dismiss the proceedings, remains uncertain. Phin Phanatic will provide updates as the situation unfolds.
