The initial spark of romance between Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny emerged in February, but as Christmas approaches, it seems the celebrity couple has decided to part ways after less than a year of dating.
The runway supermodel, 28, and the record-shattering Puerto Rican musician, 29, have officially split, according to People’s initial report.
An insider shared with ET, stating, “Kendall and Bad Bunny have been pursuing their individual paths, and their connection gradually began to fade.”
“They both understood from the start that this might not be a long-term relationship, and they mutually agreed on that,” continued the source. “With hectic schedules and youth on their side, they recognize the importance of experiencing more individually before settling down.”
Despite the breakup, there’s reportedly no animosity between them, and they wish each other the best. Kendall’s family holds no ill will towards Bad Bunny, and their primary concern is her happiness and well-being.
The rumored romance between the two became public knowledge in February. Subsequently, they were seen together at various events, from attending a Met Gala after-party and sitting courtside at NBA games to displaying affection at a Drake concert. Bad Bunny even sported a necklace with a “K” charm, possibly in honor of Kendall.
Their last public appearance together was in October at a Saturday Night Live after-party, following Bad Bunny’s hosting and musical performance on the show.
During their relationship, the couple intentionally kept a low profile, refraining from making public statements about their connection. In a recent Vanity Fair interview, Bad Bunny explained his preference for privacy, stating, “I’m not really interested in clarifying anything because I have no commitment to clarify anything to anyone.”
