San Antonio Zoo Will Keep Eye On Animals During The Eclipse

san-antonio-zoo

On Saturday, the San Antonio Zoo’s animals will be watching the eclipse along with us.

Everyone is welcome to visit the zoo and see how the animals behave, according to the staff.

A solar eclipse extravaganza includes it. Cyle Perez, the Zoo’s director of public relations, spoke with KSAT 12 about the occasion and what they will be on the lookout for. The interview is accessible through the media player up above.

The program starts at 10 a.m. and is covered by the cost of the zoo entrance. Click here to view more details about the occasion.

When the moon moves in front of the sun, a “ring of fire” effect will be produced, signaling the beginning of the annular solar eclipse. It will be visible in Texas along a route that runs through San Antonio and the Hill Country, from Midland/Odessa to Corpus Christi.

As your Eclipse Authority station, KSAT has been covering a wide range of topics, including where to watch, how to watch, the economic impact, eye safety, the viewing forecast, and more.

Additionally, according to KSAT meteorologists, Saturday’s weather appears to be perfect for viewing. Additionally, a chilly front will arrive Friday night, improving the weather for the weekend. Here you may find the most recent forecast.

Are you unable to see the eclipse outside? Additionally, you may watch our live coverage on GMSA at 6 and 8 in the morning and on KSAT.com from 11 to 12.
