Video: When Bryce Mitchell Brought A Bible To The Octagon, Said Satan Has Taken Over, Hawaii Fire Man-Made To Take Land Away From Native

Bryce Mitchell brought a bible into the Octagon, the first time such an act has even been done in the history of UFC sports, and made some startling speech.

After he invited his opponent Dan Ige to stand with him, he said that he came in with the bible to tell people that Satan had taken over the earth.

He announced that he was donating $5,000 to the victims of Hawaii wildfires, adding that the fire incident was not natural but was man-made and purposely done to take the lands from the native inhabitants.

He further enjoined the people to go in prayer and fight against the power of satan.

Arkansas-born Bryce Mitchell gave the speech after his victory in the UFC Vegas 79 co-main event after he defeated Dan Ige despite having a burst eye that impaired his vision.

Most of the third round saw Mitchell draped on Ige as he sought for submission which eventually helped him secure the win and get back from the first loss of his career.

“He’s the hardest hitter I’ve ever fought. His grappling defense is so good, too. That’s a scratch [on my eye], that ain’t nothing”, Mitchell said about Ige after the fight.
