Blink-182 postponed the UK and Ireland leg of their tour after drummer Travis Barker had to go back to the US because of an urgent family issue.
The 47-year-old is currently expecting his first child with his wife Kourtney Kardashian, but no details have been given on the urgent family issue.
Following their Glasgow show, they were due to perform at Belfast’s SSE Arena on Monday (September 4) and then Dublin’s 3Arena on Tuesday (September 5).
Blink-182 broke the news on social media, saying:
“The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed.
“More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.”
Kourtney Kadarshian publicly announced her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert in a jaw-dropping fashion earlier this year.
She posted an Instagram video showing her holding up a sign at his band’s LA gig saying: “Travis I’m pregnant.”
In the clip, bassist Mark Hoppus is also heard saying: “Let’s hear it for Travis, someone’s having a baby” before Barker is then seen getting off the stage, and kissing Kardashian.
