Manchester United has come from behind to take all three points against Nottingham Forest after falling by two goals early in the match.
Taiwo Awoniyi put Nottingham Forest in front in the 2nd minute as he broke free from Antony and Rashford and scored his seventh consecutive goal for Forest.
Boly then nodded home a free-kick when poorly marked to put the visitors two goals up.
Christian Eriksen had pulled one back for Manchester United by tapping home Marcus Rashford’s low cross, keeping the Red Devils in the game.
Casemiro leveled the game seven minutes into the second half, firing Bruno Fernandez’s header into the net.
Joe Worrall was red-carded for bringing Fernandes down on the edge of the area midway through the second period. Then Danilo tripped Rashford in the penalty box. Bruno did not waste the opportunity as he calmly converted the ball to give Manchester United their winner.
Had Varane not intervened to block off a low cross heading towards Awoniyi, Gibbs-White could have claimed a hat-trick of assists before the break.
Willy Boly almost equalized late on, but Andre Onana made a brilliant save to keep Manchester United’s three points.
Thousands of fans remained inside Old Trafford long after the final whistle, chanting against the Glazer family.
