Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg may not fight again after both billionaires share the desire to fight each other on social media.
It began after Mark Zuckerberg launched Threads which is connected to Instagram and Elon was not happy about it since it was a serious competition for Twitter (now X).
Musk started by tweeting that he’d be open to a “cage fight” with none other than Mark Zuckerberg. The Meta CEO, Zuckerberg, responded swiftly, tagging a screenshot of Musk’s tweet, accompanied by the short sentence, “Send me location”.
The Twitter CEO seemed playful but Mark was not having it. He was very serious about the cage fight. He also started training with Israel Adesanya, the current UFC middleweight champion.
They continued to throw fighting jabs at each other as the stakes escalated with social media users asking for a date.
The proposed date for the showdown, August 26th, has been suggested by Zuckerberg, but Musk is yet to confirm it.
Elon also seemed not to be up for the fight as he mentioned needing surgery and a practice round. But he has also been seen practicing with some prominent UFC fighters.
