A video has emerged of Nigerian-born mixed martial artist Israel Adesanya partying in a club after beating Pereira in UFC 287 to reclaim his middleweight championship title via knockout.
Alex Pereira and Adesanya have quite a history of fighting Pereira had defeated Adesanya twice in kickboxing. He then joined Adesanya in mixed martial arts, where he defeated him once again and took his UFC title after a TKO in November.
But alas, the fourth time, Adesanya finally defeated his long-time rival, holding Pereira with a right hook in Round 2 before dropping him with a one-two and finishing the fight with a hammer fist.
Pereira hit and ground as the referee called the fight over.
Adesanya shut down Pereira with a spectacular KO which he said “was from the gods” in his post-fight interview.
And after the fighting comes the grooving, and Israel Adesanya sure knows how to celebrate his victory. He was seen partying at a nightclub, dancing with a glass to Adekunle Gold and Davido‘s song – High.
