A man discovered a dog which has apparently freezed while it was still standing on its four limbs.
The dog with its tail still up was found standing on icy snow with its four legs (limbs).
probably, the dog was stuck in the snow or ice and it froze to its death while still standing upright.
But the dog’s tail should be limp when it approached its end, unless it was suddenly frozen by Mortal Kombat’s Sub Zero.

A frozen cow was also seen covered in snow, as some worked with shovels to rescue the poor animal.
