Tiffany Haddish is coming out in response to a lawsuit filed against her and fellow comedian Aries Spears for the 2014 comedy “Through A Pedophile’s Eyes.” The comedians were accused of sexually molesting a juvenile while recording the sketch by the Jane and John Doe plaintiffs.

The case is centered on two distinct sketches that were shot seven and eight years ago, as previously reported by The A.V. Club. The lawsuit, in which Jane Doe is currently the sole attorney, accuses the two of intentionally causing mental distress, willful misconduct, sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse of a minor.

The sketches’ purported content, which is disturbing and not currently available online, is disturbing. The Daily Beast claims that John and Jane joined the initiative when their mother met Haddish and bonded with her through their similar experiences with divorce.

She allegedly received instructions to imitate fellatio on a subway sandwich when Tiffany Haddish gave the then-14-year-old Jane a part in a “commercial,” and Haddish demonstrated how to conduct fellatio to Jane Doe.

An further comedy for Funny or Die featuring John, who was then 7 years old, was apparently pitched to the family by Tiffany Haddish a year later. In this spoof, dubbed “Through A Pedophile’s Eyes,” Spears played the boy character and admired him while he spent the majority of the film in his underwear.
