Reports have it that popular Nigerian actress, Chinedu Bernard who is popularly referred to as Choco is dead.
It was accounted that the actress gave up the ghost when she was cleaning the Chapel of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church inside the Federal Housing area in Enugu State.
Choco was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead by the doctors on duty as the cause of her death is yet to be disclosed.
