Viral video and photos which capture the former governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano in boxers in the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) custody have found their way to the internet.
This is coming days after it was reported that Obiano was arrested at the Lagos airport for alleged embezzlement while he was about to flee to Houston, Texas hours after handing over to the new governor, Soludo.
According to the video, Willie Obiano can be seen in red boxer shorts and a t-shirt drinking water from a container while discussing with another man.
