A viral photo of a two thousand naira cheque the Kogi state university awarded its first-class students, has found its way to the internet.
The money which was awarded on their recent convocation has earned different reactions on social media as many condemned the poor amount which was gifted to the best bookworms of the school.
It was reported that the school gave the first class student a reward of two thousand naira (#2000) while the overall student was given a total sum of five thousand naira (#5000).
