NBA lions of Los Angeles Lakers distorted Utah Jazz offense with a 101-95 comeback win on Monday. Excited Lakers coach, Frank Vogel had something to say about his team performance.
“I think there’s a huge lesson to be learned with this group that we’re going nowhere without being a great defensive team. Our guys finally locked in, and this is the No. 1 offense in the league by a mile, and we did a great job in all phases,” he said.
“When we play like this, we know we can beat anybody. But it hasn’t been consistent enough, and there’s a big lesson to be learned from this game.”
Los Angeles Lakers Defeat
On Saturday, Lakers lost by 37 points in Denver which spark many reactions. Lakers legend, Magic Johnson had a lot to say about the team performance on Saturday. Famous NBA player, LeBron James also tweeted an apology.
“I didn’t like what was gonna come out of my mouth,” James said after extending his streak to 14 games scoring 25 points or more since Anthony Davis went out with a sprained MCL in his left knee. So I decided not to speak with you guys,” he said.
“Just taking the onus and letting Laker Nation know,” he said. “Wasn’t about anybody; it was about our fans and the people that ride and die with us every single day. Let them know that I got this and it wouldn’t happen again,” he concluded.
Speaking about Monday’s win, he said;
“I love the way we responded today,” James said. “Wednesday [versus the visiting Indiana Pacers] will be another challenge for us.
