Users of the deadly hard drug called mmkpuru-mmiri and a female seller were paraded by youths in a community at Ozubulu, Anambra state
The takers of the hard drugs were flogged after being made to lie on the ground, while the female seller was made to carry the hard drugs as well as other parts used to take it, on a try in her head and made to walk around the community.
The move is accordingly, geared towards putting a lasting end to the rising use and abuse of hard drugs by the youths in the Eastern part of the country, notable – Anambra state.
