Meet Jona, the man who has Been tied to a rope like a dog for 30years.
It was reportedly that after he celebrated his 12-year-old birthday he became paralyzed and started behaving abnormally.
He was later diagnosed of leprosy which led to him loosing one leg before he finally got disabled.
