The special adviser to the Imo State Governor, Batos Nwadike was captured in a video from Sahara Reporters, outraged over the poor turnout of people to welcome president Buhari.
It was reported that over 700 Million Naira was spent in the welcome ceremony as the President came to commission some projects within the state.
The management of IPOB issued a seat at home order in a bid to boycott the activities of the Presidential visit to the state.
