WhatsApp vs Signal vs Telegram |
If you haven’t heard, WhatsApp and Facebook recently changed their privacy policy which will come into effect on February 8th and users are not happy with it!
Whatsapp recently rolled out new terms that will mandate users to agree to let Facebook and its subsidiaries have access to user data, including their phone numbers and location.
This policy change let out a media buzz, with people questioning their motives and immediately switching to the immediate competitor Signal, which also uses the same encryption technology employed by WhatApp in their end-to-end message delivery.
Use Signal

The other messaging giant- Signal and Telegram, also received a major boost when it was recommended by Elon Musk, who is one of the major world-acclaimed Twitter Influencer.
WhatsApp will share its users’ personal information, including phone numbers, IP addresses, contacts, & more with Facebook from Feb. 8, according to the new T&Cs. No opt-out. The only way to object is to leave the service & move to a service like Signal or Telegram. https://t.co/FbGcq5T3JB

Thanks so much for this great article, I was firstly saw kind of article at Opera Blogs with a lot of debate on signal, telegram and WhatsApp a lot of people choose WhatsApp over signal, until WhatsApp brought new rule that wants make people dump WhatsApp to signal or telegram.
Your privacy no longer secure on WhatsApp anymore, I'll advice us find another alternative or switch to telegram, although it will be difficult to switch bcuz most or our friends and family are on WhatsApp.
