Jude Abaga, better known with his stage name MI or Mr Incredible will be hosting Nigeria’s first Hip-Hop festival, come March 2018. The recording artist and producer who won Best Hip-Hop and Best New Act at the 2009 MTV Africa Music Awards, and was nominated in the Best International Act category at the BET Awards 2010, made the announcement on his Instagram page @mi_abaga.
He wrote”All the noise about YRFUYL… Led up to this moment. I’m proud to announce that together with @ngbritish and @soundcityafrica I am collaborating to begin the first HIPHOP festival. March 2018 we begin to create history!!!! It’s our platform let’s build it together!!!! Stay tuned for for more info.
However, the broadcast was met by different reactions from Fans, while some welcomed the idea, others kicked against it, demanding more from the rapper from Jos. Read shots below:
