Baker Mayfield, a quarterback for Buccaneers and the team’s wide receiver Mike Evans performed incredibly to put the Chargers behind on Sunday to 40-17, helping the Tampa Bay to remain at the top position of NFC South.
The Wide Receiver Evans displayed his skills with 159 yards on two touchdowns and nine catches that put his season to a total of 749 years with only three games to go.
The two touchdowns were done in the third quarter: 57-yard catch-and-run and a 35-yard hit from quarterback Baker Mayfield in the zone.
The quarterback also did an outstanding performance by completing 22-of-27 passes for 288 years, one interception and four touchdowns. Bucky Irving, a running backs and Rachaad White did a joint work for 181 rushing yards.
The Buccaneers achieved 30 goals unanswered points after leading in the second quarter with 17-10, finishing the game with 504 total years while the also converted 9-of-15 third downs.
Justin Herbert, a quarterback for the Chargers did not do enough under pressure as he threw his first interception since Week 2. The team Los Angeles managed just 207 total yards and were unable to convert a single third down.
The Buccaneers (8-6) will on Sunday face the Cowboys, while the Chargers (8-6) are also preparing to face the Broncos this coming Thursday.
