Christina Sandera, the partner of renowned actor and director Clint Eastwood for the past decade, is dead. He was aged 61. Eastwood, 94, expressed his grief in a statement, describing Sandera as “a lovely, caring woman” whom he will deeply miss. As of the time of writing, the cause of her death has not been disclosed.
Christina Sandera and Clint Eastwood have maintained a largely private relationship since they began dating in 2014. Their romance started shortly after Eastwood finalized his divorce from his second wife, Dina Eastwood. The couple made occasional public appearances together, most notably at the 2015 Academy Awards, which marked their red carpet debut.
Before meeting Eastwood, Sandera reportedly worked at the Mission Ranch hotel and restaurant in Carmel, California, which is owned by the actor. Despite being with one of Hollywood’s most recognizable figures, Sandera managed to keep a low profile throughout their relationship.
The couple’s last public appearance together was in November 2019 at the AFI Fest in Hollywood.
