The Indiana Fever beat the Atlanta Dream to record their fourth win in a row and to begin a five-game road trip against the Atlanta Dream.
Caitlin Clark led the Fever in scoring (16.3 points per game), assists (6.2), steals (1.4) and turnovers (5.5). Kelsey Mitchell adds 15.9 points, Aliyah Boston 12.9 points and 7.9 rebounds, and NaLyssa Smith 11.2 points and 6.9 rebounds.
Indiana’s win extended its victory streak to four, which is the first time since August 2015 that the Fever has won four games in a row. The team earned its second win against the Dream this season and tied a season-high in points scored.
Five Fever players scored in double figures against Atlanta, led by NaLyssa Smith with 21 points, and nine rebounds – her third game in a row posting seven or more rebounds – two assists, and two blocked shots.
Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell recorded 18 points on 7-of-12 shooting and 3-of-4 three-point shooting, four rebounds, three assists, and one steal. Center Aliyah Boston tallied her fourth double-double over the last five games with 10 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks.
For Atlanta, four dream players scored double points for the team.
Dream center Tina Charles posted a season-high 24 points in the loss, as well as seven rebounds and two assists. Guard Allisha Gray followed with 19 points, four rebounds, and three assists.
