A video of workers packaging a heap of COVID-19 nasal test swabs without wearing nose masks or hand gloves has raised concerns among many.
Questions on health hazards when such Covid test swabs are put deep inside the patient’s nose, close to the brain, was a major source of concern for many, given the poor sanitary state the swab sticks were produced and packaged.
