Eight Republican presidential candidates are preparing to take the stage in Milwaukee tonight for the 2024 campaign’s first primary debate.
These candidates had all met the Republica requirements, including polling and fundraising requirements, as well as signed a pledge to support the winning Republican nominee.
One of the candidates, a former South Carolina governor, Nikki Haley has been preparing for the debate according to her adviser.
“Nikki’s been preparing for six months on the campaign trail answering unscripted questions from voters across New Hampshire, Iowa, and South Carolina.”
“She’s not afraid of the hard questions. She’ll always fight for what she believes in.”
Christie, a former New Jersey governor is feeling great after qualifying for a primary for the first time in more than 10 years. And he is feeling good.
“I don’t have one of these deep strategic approaches to debates.”
“I listen to the question, I try to answer it, and if somebody else says something on the stage that I think is stupid I try to point it out, that’s the depth of our strategy.”
The eight candidates include Mike Pence, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, Doug Burgum, Tim Scott, Asa Hutchinson, and Chris Christie. Scott Olson.
