Edge vs. Finn Balor & The Judgment Day: I Quit match
It was the longest match of the Extreme Rules, and midway through the match, Judgement Day came out to interfere on Balor’s behalf and Rhea Ripley handcuffed Edge to the ring ropes.
That brought out Rey Mysterio, who got the upperhand at first before being disposed of by Dominik Mysterio. Edge’s wife Beth Phoenix then came out and cleared the ring, getting the keys to free Edge from the handcuff.
Edge got the upperhand again before the Judgement Day got back on top. The match ended when Ripley threatened to deliver a Con-Chair-To to a downed Phoenix, prompting Edge to say “I Quit”. Even after he said the words, Ripley still delivered the crushing blow with the steel chair to Phoenix’s head.
