Napoli are the group leaders of Group A, as they have opened their Champions League campaign with two straight victories.
Luciano Spalletti’s side are the top-scoring team in the competition so far this season and arrive in Amsterdam full of confidence having won all of their last six matches.
Ajax returned to Champions League action on the back of a three-game winless run which started with their narrow 2-1 defeat away to Liverpool last month.
