The Premier League fixture between Chelsea and Liverpool, along with two other matches scheduled for Sunday has now been postponed till further notice. As all teams featured in the top England League postponed their matches to honor the passing of Queen Elizabeth ||.
Seven matches would be played this weekend in their League and 14 teams would participate. Three Sunday games have been postponed and Chelsea vs Liverpool is one of them. The Premier League statement explained that they only suspended the games, following extensive consultation with clubs, police, local Safety Advisory Groups, and other relevant authorities.
This means that Stamford Bridge would not be open for any top match this weekend. The League authorities would fix a new date in due time.
