The President of the United States, Joe Biden, highly revered the late former Vice President of America, Walter Mondale, during his memorial service.
In his speech, Biden regarded him as “one of the great giants in American history — and that’s not hyperbole.” He also recounted the support he received from the late statement when he lost his wife and daughter in a car accident in 1973, shortly before his swearing-in as a senator.
Biden has a separate checklist for funerals, probably, a way to honor great service to America.
Mondale kicked the bucket at age 93 in April 2021. However, his burial was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He filled in as a state principal legal officer, representative, and vice-president, and later as a diplomat to Japan under President Bill Clinton.
