Cinco de Mayo remembers Mexico’s triumph over France in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. In festival, the Cinco de Mayo celebration got back to the roads of Plaza Midwood on Sunday – – this time, with another idea.
This year, there were groups, a canine outfit challenge, conventional Hispanic singing, and narrating for youngsters.
