Terrorist organization based in northeastern Nigeria identified as Boko Haram has once again attacked Chibok community in Borno state.
It can be recollected that the terrorist group attacked the town in the year 2014 and kidnapped over 200 girls in a school under Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s government.
It was reported that the Islamic sect stormed the town on Friday and opened fire, leading to the death of three residents as they also burnt down houses and properties.
A resident identified as Mr. Shuaibu Musa who witness the incident added that the militants attacked the community with weapons and they started shooting.
In his words, he said;
“The insurgents stormed the Chibok community with five utility vehicles, mounted with anti-aircraft guns and moved without any resistance; they started shooting sporadically. Many residents ran for safety, while the shooting continued.”
