A gunshot was heard at Oakridge Mall Monday evening, forcing shoppers to scamper for safety.
The police arrived at the scene in no time, barricading the surroundings in search of the shooter.
Security surveillance cameras in the area was been analyzed by the police, though a report has not been released, however, an empty shell case from a handgun was found.
One person was reportedly shot, though the victim and the shooter, were yet to be located.
The police remained at the scene, monitoring evacuations of people out of the mall, stating that further updates will be released in the morning.
