GT Bank Restructures, Changes New Name To GTCO

Guarantee Trust Bank popularly known as GT Bank or GTB has undergone major structural changes and is now a Holding Company, and as a result, its new name is Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc or GTCO.

The new changes were announced by the Group Chief Executive Officer, Segun Agbaje, who said the new Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc or GTCO will provide better value for its stakeholders after its shares were listed at the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited.If you are in the market for clothes, our platform is your best choice! Guarantee Trust Bank aka GT Bank or GTB has since started changing its name and logo on its branches nationwide to the new GTCO (Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc).
