The Lagos State government has eased the curfew imposed after the breakdown of law and order in the state, following the hijack of the once peaceful #endsars protests.
The government initially imposed a 24-hour curfew, which it later reviewed from 8am to 6pm. Following improvements, it has now been updated from 8pm to 6pm. However, both private and public schools will still remain shut. The new update in the curfew was released in a statement;
“The curfew in Lagos State has been reviewed. Restriction time is now 8 pm to 6 am. Lagosians are enjoined to plan their journey times as they go about their lawful businesses. Public schools remain shut till further notice.”
