The People’s Republic of China gifted the Giant of Africa with the special grant to assist with the fight against the COVID 19 epidemic, which originated from the city of Wuhan-China. The gift is a welcome assistance despite accusations of misappropriation of previously donated funds from well-meaning citizens and organizations in Nigeria.
Calls have been made for proper accountability of over N10 billion donated by free-hearted Nigerians and businesses as well as €50 million, the equivalent of 21 Billion Naira, donated by The European Union (EU), directed for the masses.
There has been widespread anger as Nigerians take to the social media to report non-receipt of aid of any kind or where such is received…its poorer than your guess. Let’s take a look at the video below where a block of 4 flats were given a small loaf of bread as palliative measures for the lock-down.

Well, that is too bad! I plead to those gifting to go a step further to ensure proper accountability.
