Reports have it that the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin has decided to negotiate terms with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The meeting will be held in the Belarusian capital of Minsk as Putin will be represented by his delegates following Zelenskyy request as it was reported through a statement that reads;
“Following Zelensky’s proposal to discuss the neutral status of Ukraine, Putin can send representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign Ministry and his administration to negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation.”
