Gabriel Jesus netted two goals as Arsenal remains undefeated in the Champions League campaign with a fine win at Inter Milan, keeping them in a top-two finish in the tournament phase.

The England team, which is on its way to the top-eight place, continues with its longest-ever winning streak in the Champions League at seven games.

Arsenal quickly grabbed the match possession in the early minutes of the game, while Jesus fired into Inter Milan’s net from a close distance in the 10th minute after the game commenced.

An equalizer came in after Inter displayed a lot of pressure and leveled via Petar Sucic after he fired in from the edge of the box after an attempt to net by Nicolo Barella was blocked.

Arsenal didn’t wait much before it took control of the game again, despite the level scoring to hit another goal in the 31st minute. Leandro Trossard headed a corner from Bukayo Saka to an unmarked Jesus, who headed it into Inter Milan’s net to make it 2-1.

The goal makes it the Gunners’ 19th from corners this season, the most scored this season across Europe’s top five leagues.

Viktor Gyokeres, who came in as a substitute, fired in the third goal for the home side with a fine shot from distance.

The victory again guarantees Arsenal home advantage during the knockout stages and moves them away from the February play-off.
