After scoring the first goal, Savinho ended up providing an assist to Erling Haaland in the 74th minute, which the latter netted with a header to double the lead. Haaland’s goal sealed Manchester City’s victory and pushed the team to a position where they can battle for a top-four spot.
The win moved Guardiola’s side to the fifth position in the Premier League’s table after accumulating 31 points, while Leicester City continues to push harder as they currently sit in the relegation zone, accumulating 14 points.
