What could best be used as an example of the saying, “like father, like was”, was the video clip of Mateo Messi, dribbling his opponents in the game of football and scoring a goal (but not throwing out chewed gum from mouth to fans).

In a video clip that has gone viral, Mateo Messi proved that he can play football just like his father, Lionel Messi, if not as good or better than him, after he dribbled and lost 3 of his opponents while controlling the ball with great speed. He then proceeded to take a shot into the net, right above the head of the goalkeeper.

7-year-old Mateo Messi Roccuzzo is the second son of Paris Saint-Germain footballer and captain of the Argentina national football team, Lionel Messi.

During the World Cup match between Argentina and Australia, Mateo was recorded watching the game with his mother, Antonella Roccuzzo, in the stadium. The young lad was seen taking out the gum he was chewing and throwing it at the crowd of people below him.

Though Mateo Messi’s bad behavior was immediately corrected by his mother, the act drew criticism from fans, with many referring to him as rude and the devil in the family.
